Pizza Chef  is owned and operated by a Canadian born woman of Italian decent.  Born and raised here in the Greater Toronto Area (mostly Mississauga) and briefly schooled in Italy, the ‘chef’ has a great appreciation for gourmet pizza and especially cheese.  She perfected her homemade pizza after hosting many dinner parties where guests were invited along with whatever ‘leftover’ toppings they might have in their fridge and with their cheese grater.  Once they arrived, all guests are put to work on the production line resulting in at least 4 different pizzas and proud pizza makers.

Pizza Chef  is run entirely by the owner who is the chief, cook and bottle washer.  Every item is personally selected, washed, cut, cooked and packaged by the owner.  We are always open to suggestions, so feel free to ask for anything you don’t already see here.
